We’re located in the heart of Rhiwbina village, just off the main high street. Rhiwbina’s business community continues to grow and is particularly proud of its strong community spirit, making “At One” a perfect working location.

We are easily accessible, only 5 min drive from the M4, 2-minute walk from the bus stop and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also have 5 parking spaces and 6 spaces in our bike shed (bring your own lock).

We have 6 rooms ranging from 8sqm to 11sqm suitable for:

Office space, Clinic / health / beauty / talking therapies, Yoga/Pilates studio, Workshops or meeting space.

AT ONE STUDIO

We have a dedicated Yoga/Pilates studio. The “At One” studio is 31 sqm.

AT ONE FACILITIES

We have a kitchen on the ground floor inclusive of microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher.

Located downstairs is an accessible wet room, inclusive of a shower and toilet and also a separate toilet. There is a toilet located upstairs.
