Arthritis in knee
Been suffering with my knee / right leg for a few weeks / today I visited Rhian who listened to all my ailments and in particular my right knee/leg issues. She explained everything in detail and clearly and explained how to use my crutch / walking stick properly (I was doing it wrong) gave me exercises to do at home and I felt listened to and she was brilliant. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Rhian.
Great treatment and advice!
Virginia really helped relieve the muscle tension in my upper back and neck, and the nerve issues I was having have really eased off with practicing the excercises she gave me. Thank you!

An excellent service helped me immensely. Thank you Virginia.
Rhian is amazing!
Saw rhian for a neurological presentation in both arms and hands. Pins and needles constantly from my job as a massage therapist. She worked through my spine mobilising it and working with the surrounding muscles which helped millions! Really grateful for Rhian and a pleasure to work with! Thanks Rhian!
