Arthritis in the shoulder
I have been experiencing an increasing amount of pain in my right shoulder . Looking at getting some specific exercises to remedy the problem .
Really pleased with my time with Rhian . She was patient and clear and concise as to what I can do to help with this ailment . Her explanations as to why I have this dull ache and her informative manner were brilliant .
Thank you
Gratitude for a great service.
An excellent service helped me immensely. Thank you Virginia.
Rhian is amazing!
Saw rhian for a neurological presentation in both arms and hands. Pins and needles constantly from my job as a massage therapist. She worked through my spine mobilising it and working with the surrounding muscles which helped millions! Really grateful for Rhian and a pleasure to work with! Thanks Rhian!
Amazing
I saw Gin for a problem with my ankle which I have had for a few months . Her assessment was very thorough and she was very knowledgable. She knew exactly where my problem was and was able to pin point my pain. She gave me an exercise plan to do at home & stretches. She explained why it was painful in certain areas and gave me confidence on how to help with recovery.
She was very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Gin for any physio needs.
Highly recommend
The best advice and treatment I have had in a long time. Previous experiences from other health experts were unsuccessful in helping me with my condition. Virginia was marvellous, explained everything in detail and tailored a treatment plan specifically for me. After my first appointment I felt the benefit of the physio. I’m very happy I chose Physio at One and highly recommend them.
