Brilliant caring and personable Physio service
I saw Virginia for extreme hip flexor pain I suspected was nerve related and associated with arthritis in the hip. The pain had been prominent for months and had prevented me from walking far. She was absolutely marvellous! She gave me a thorough assessment, sent me an exercise programme and wrote a letter to give to my GP for an orthopaedic referral to enable me to have if needed an injection. I have been doing the programme for a few weeks and it has made a huge difference! I’m a very happy bunny and hope soon to be hopping around like I’m used to!
I would thoroughly recommend Physio at One.
A fantastic physio intervention
Thank you Gin for the assessment of my back pain. It is something that I have struggled with on and off for years. Your clear assessment and explanation of the causes of this alongside some really doable rehab exercises has made all the difference. Thank you so much!
Great appointment with Rhian for Mummy MOT
Had a mummy MOT with Rhian 8 weeks post partum. She was great- really thorough and professional, made me feel at ease during the the perineal check. Would recommend to everyone post childbirth!
Through examination of injury and prognosis
First visit to meet Ben and his pleasant manner puts you at ease making you feel you have known him for years.
My examination was not rushed and his thorough exploration explaining each action as he proceeded. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend or revisit
