Virginia is a very knowledgable, kind and reassuring.

Gin assessed my knee injury. She performed a thorough examination, ruling out potential complications and giving clear explanations throughout. She was incredibly reassuring with her warm ,friendly manner. I left confident to exercise without any concerns.

Brilliant caring and personable Physio service

July 16, 2026

I saw Virginia for extreme hip flexor pain I suspected was nerve related and associated with arthritis in the hip. The pain had been prominent for months and had prevented me from walking far. She was absolutely marvellous! She gave me a thorough assessment, sent me an exercise programme and wrote a letter to give to my GP for an orthopaedic referral to enable me to have if needed an injection. I have been doing the programme for a few weeks and it has made a huge difference! I’m a very happy bunny and hope soon to be hopping around like I’m used to!

I would thoroughly recommend Physio at One.

Thank you Gin for the assessment of my back pain. It is something that I have struggled with on and off for years. Your clear assessment and explanation of the causes of this alongside some really doable rehab exercises has made all the difference. Thank you so much!
